We are seniors with some physical issues. We were thinking of taking the whale watching boat tour when we arrive in Samana in Jan/18. From what I've read in the reviews it can be very rough riding thru the waves and rough waters. Causing sea suckness and physical problems. Also wondering how big the boat is. Any opinions here on this?? Or advice?

The boat is large. It's capacity is more than 80 but she rarely loads more than 65 I think. Even at capacity it's very spacious. The roughness depends on the ocean any particular day. …

The boat is large. It's capacity is more than 80 but she rarely loads more than 65 I think. Even at capacity it's very spacious. The roughness depends on the ocean any particular day. Some people get sea sick on completely "calm" waters because of the gentle rolling. It pretty much depends on each person and your "stomach". I personally never get sea sick and I'm not limited in mobility. Maybe someone who deals with either of these situations might chime in with what they experienced. I will say it's your best option if you decide to take it on.

Hi, I have a 7 years old and I don't think he would sit on a horse by himself but I could be wrong. In any case, I was thinking of booking the zip line and horseback riding with you when we are there at the end of March 2017. Will the horse take two people, like me and my son. Our combine weight would be around 180 lbs.

Our 7 year old rode by himself and was fine. A guide stays with each horse so it is safe even with no horseback riding experience.
