Theirs is the original 1825 Erie Canal bed..along side are the updates to the canal through the years. You can walk forever on the towpath.Full review by jyoung3381

Always beautiful. My wife and daughter and I always see some sort of wildlife, sometimes large water birds, sometimes birds of prey. We've seen about a half dozen species of reptile and amphibians.Full review by alexfJ202JC
