Apple Intelligence was meant to get a feature that relied on contextual data to provide results, but that has been delayed and is now part of a lawsuit seeking class action status.

Apple has been sued in federal court over what plaintiffs allege is false advertising of several Apple Intelligence features.

A federal lawsuit was filed on Wednesday accusing Apple of false advertising with regards to its suite of Apple Intelligence features. The lawsuit is seeking class-action status with financial damages for users who may have purchased newer Apple devices hoping to use Apple Intelligence features that aren't actually out yet,
