No. 11 Auburn (33-15, 13-11 SEC) won a three-game series, 2-1, at No. 6 Tennessee (37-11, 14-10 SEC). The SEC series concluded Sunday with game No. 2 resuming in the tenth inning after being in a weather delay on Saturday.

The Tigers won the series over Tennessee, taking games one and three against the No. 12 Volunteers. Each of the wins were relatively lopsided too, and the one loss came in extra innings after the contest had to be suspended and resumed the next day.

Tennessee baseball has lost three home SEC series in the same season for the first time under coach Tony Vitello. It lost to Auburn.
