Milestone man Virat Kohli anchored a tricky chase with an unbeaten hundred as India put one foot in the semi-finals of the Champions Trophy with a six-wicket victory against Pakistan in a high-octane Group A match between the arch-rivals on Sunday.

The keen India-Pakistan cricket rivalry, visible in the oft-repeated rant of ‘In Se Mat Harna’ (Do not lose to them), kept a large number of cricket lovers glued to the screen today. Those who did not have time to watch the proceedings on TV kept themselves updated over mobile handsets about the match which was played in Dubai.

India and Pakistan are set to face off in the Champions Trophy 2025. India won their first match against Bangladesh while Pakistan lost to New Zealand.
