Dallas has reportedly drawn a line in the sand when it comes to making a potential trade for Lakers star LeBron James.

Despite speculation regarding the two sides being a potential fit, the Dallas Mavericks reportedly aren't pursuing a trade for Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James.

Some fans got carried away with this rumor, especially considering that the Mavs may have enough talent to trade for the superstar and still be able to contend for the NBA championship. Of course, Anthony Davis, James' former co-superstar on the Los Angeles Lakers, is now in Dallas, as is Kyrie Irving, with whom he won a title in Cleveland.
