A judge has dismissed part of a lawsuit from immigrant advocates after finding many of the migrants held at "Alligator Alcatraz" have received access to legal counsel.

Another ruling could come on "Alligator Alcatraz's" operations on Wednesday. A judge will decide whether to temporarily shut down the controversial immigration detention center facility located in South Florida.

A federal judge tossed out part of a lawsuit brought by detainees at the "Alligator Alcatraz" detention center in the Florida Everglades, handing a partial victory to the Trump administration.
