Middlesex batter batter Max Holden has signed a new contract at Lord's until at least the end of the 2027 season.
The resident alleges a special meeting on Jan. 28 lacked a legal quorum to approve contracts and resolutions on the agenda.
The suit claims the board did not meet the quorum provision, which states a majority of the board must be present during meetings.
