Hannah Dugan, a Milwaukee county judge who was arrested last week on charges that she obstructed federal authorities from detaining an undocumented immigrant in her courtroom, has been suspended by the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

The Wisconsin judge is charged with obstruction of justice and concealing an undocumented alien to prevent his arrest.

Judge Hannah Dugan will have a preliminary hearing in May. Her case would likely eventually go before a grand jury.
