Isabelle "Izzy" Tate, who appeared in the pilot episode of 9-1-1: Nashville, has died. She was 23. She died peacefully on Oct. 19 after facing a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a neuromuscular disease, McCray Agency, which represented the Nashville native, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday.
