The Reddit made the assumption that NCSoft’s Project H, which was definitely cancelled, referred to Horizon. But the reporter made it clear that it is a different game entirely.

Korean outlet MTN reports that the game, known as Project H/Skyline internally, has been canceled following a round of layoffs in October last year. That's not the only affected game, as another title codenamed Project Pantera, based on NCSoft's Lineage franchise, has also been canceled.
