A Pennsylvania woman has been identified as the victim of a decades-old Texas homicide, authorities announced on Monday, Aug.

Pennsylvania State Police in Lancaster County are collaborating with the Jack County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Rangers to investigate skeletal remains discovered in Texas more than 40 years ago.
