Starting in April, the entire length of Highway 280 — between Interstate 94 in St. Paul and Highway 36/Interstate 35W in Roseville — will close for a major construction project.
MnDOT says the highway will be closed through late August, but is expected to reopen ahead of the Minnesota State Fair.
