Scattered morning showers will clear for a breezy, humid, and unseasonably warm Thursday across much of Minnesota.

The Twin Cities metro will see a breezy day on Thursday, starting bright before clouds increase through the afternoon.

"We're measuring everything between 33 feet above the ground surface to 7 feet below the ground surface," said Jeppe Kjaersgaard, a research scientist with the Department of Agriculture.
