Two people are in custody after crashing into a DeKalb County police patrol car while attempting to flee The Home Depot on Lawrenceville Highway on Monday afternoon.

One person is dead following a wreck on Beltline Road, according to the Decatur Police Department.

All three of his passengers were injured, one of whom suffered a serious injury to her lower body, prosecutors said.

The Northern York County Regional Police Department said it will return to service Friday evening after three officers from the station were killed in a shootout on Wednesday.
