Deb Haaland, one of the first Native-American women elected to Congress, wore moccasins — appreciation for her Pueblo of Laguna tribe — to be sworn in as Secretary of the Department of the Interior.
"All of the sewing that is done on my moccasins is hand stitched. One stitch at a time," said Josh Garcia. He is a moccasin maker and artisan who co-owns Garcia's Pueblo Attire with his wife Andrea.
