The Tennessee Titans (3-12) dominated the undermanned Kansas City Chiefs (6-9), 26-9 in Week 16 and broke their season-long home losing streak.  For the first time since November 2024, fans of the Titans were able to leave the stadium on a high note after watching one of Tennessee’s most complete games of the past two seasons.

The Titans will play their usual six divisional games in 2026, plus games against AFC North and NFC East opponents. Tennessee will also play the fourth-place teams from the AFC East (Jets), AFC West (Raiders) and NFC North (either the Lions or Vikings).
