BEAVERTON, Ore. (KATU) — The first Powerball jackpot of 2025, valued at $328.5 million, was sold in Beaverton. The winning ticket for Saturday's drawing was purchased on January 17 in the 97006 zip code.

A lottery player in Oregon won the estimated $329 million Powerball jackpot on Saturday night, according to the Powerball website. Only one ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, which has a cash value of $146.4 million. It was not immediately known where in Oregon the winning Powerball ticket was sold.

A ticket with all six numbers in Saturday evening’s Powerball drawing was sold in Oregon and the player has the option of receiving the $329 million jackpot in 30 installments or a $146.4 million lump sum payment before federal taxes.
