City of Delaware voters have a choice from five candidates for three seats on City Council in November, including three incumbents seeking reelection.

Early in-person voting in Delaware County can be done at the county's Board of Elections, located at 2079 U.S. Highway 23 North. Early voting begins on Oct. 7. The Delaware County Board of Elections will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays between Oct. 7 and Oct. 24, according to the board.

In March, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission spent two days evaluating Delaware County’s hash testing process on all of the equipment at the Elections Bureau at the Wharf in Chester as well as a random selection of devices at the county voting machine warehouse, also in Chester.
