Early in-person voting in Delaware County can be done at the county's Board of Elections, located at 2079 U.S. Highway 23 North. Early voting begins on Oct. 7. The Delaware County Board of Elections will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays between Oct. 7 and Oct. 24, according to the board.
