Area high temperatures will be a few degrees lower as fair-weather clouds increase this afternoon. Rain is back in the forecast tomorrow afternoon for our eastern counties.

Low pressure southeast of Central Texas will fuel a few showers and isolated thunderstorms later today. Most high temperatures will peak between 94° and 98°.
