Late Limp Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers was found dead in a blood-stained bathroom earlier this month, according to a new report Thursday. Per a recording of the 911 call obtained by TMZ, a woman identified only as Keely told a dispatcher she discovered Rivers “face first in a pile of blood” in a bathroom at his Florida home.
