Sean 'Diddy' Combs filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Courtney Burgess, a man who alleged there are tapes of Combs involved in the sexual assault of minors, as well as Burgess' attorney, Ariel Mitchell.

Combs' lawyer says Courtney Burgess, who said he has videos showing Combs sexually assaulting minors and celebrities, is spreading "outrageous lies."

Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against a man who publicly claimed to have videos depicting the mogul sexually assaulting inebriated celebrities and minors, which his lawyers say could negatively influence his upcoming trial.

Yet another Diddy lawsuit has made its way to a federal court. But unlike the many actions involving the disgraced music mogul, this defamation complaint was filed by Diddy himself, who’s taking aim at alleged “outrageous lies.
