At 8:28 p.m. on Friday, the NWS Raleigh NC released a flood advisory in effect until 10:30 p.m. for Forsyth and Guilford counties.

"The Flood Advisory will expire at 5 p.m. this afternoon for a portion of east central California, including the following area, Mono. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," according to the NWS Reno NV.

At 4:42 p.m. on Thursday, the NWS Raleigh NC issued an updated flood advisory in effect until 7 p.m. The advisory is for Johnston, Sampson and Wayne counties.
