These are the overnight parking rules for the Green Bay area, as many go into effect on Nov. 1
Overnight street parking is prohibited year-round between 3 and 5 a.m. in Green Bay, according to city ordinance. There are exceptions to this, including getting approval from the city prior to 2 a.m. or as soon as possible after the circumstance justifying the parking arises.
The Green Bay Packers added some depth to the roster by adding a defensive lineman and a cornerback to the practice squad.

Jaharrie Jelks, 31, faces four felony charges for the stabbing of a 56-year-old man last December. Police found the victim with multiple stab wounds and arrested Jelks after the man picked him out of a lineup.
The 43-year-old Green Bay woman who was charged with reckless homicide in the first degree in relation to her fiancé’s fentanyl overdose was found guilty. Court records show that on0, Stacie Girling pleaded no contest while in custody during the hearing.
