Konami has teased that Bomberman will replace the Ape Escape monkeys in the Xbox version of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.

The Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater release trailer was launched on February 13, giving players a glimpse at a mode included in the game: the Snake vs. Monkey minigame. Along with the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater release date, slated for August 28, the trailer also confirmed the presence of many iconic bosses from the original game.

The phrase "Snake vs ???" is plastered over the silhouette of Bomberman, which would be an entirely new mode not seen in the game before. Presumably, it'll simply swap the Ape Escape character models out for Bombermen,
