The talented sophomore running back saved his best for Central’s season finale, rushing for a season-high 264 yards and three TDs in powering the Mustangs to a 40-8 victory –– which also earned them a SMAC-West title and an unbeaten regular season.

Luke Jones, a Virginia Beach (VA) native, was the recipient of the offer from Michigan State assistant special teams coordinator Joe Begnal. A 6-foot-3, 220 pound punter, he plays his high school football at First Colonial High School. According to his X account, Michigan State is the first offer for the special teamer.
