Fire and EMS crews were staging along Chester Pike near Philz Landscaping, Hardscaping and Fencing. They had to cut through fencing to get to the train. Radio traffic said it is SEPTA train en route to Newark, Del. About 15 minutes into the incident, crews were told that a nearby line was still active and power was not out.
