Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani smacked a two-run homer in the top of the seventh inning in Game 1 of the World Series at the Toronto Blue Jays.

CHICAGO — Michael Jordan versus LeBron James is a debate so old school, you almost need to be in a barbershop chair to fully engage. But anyone can be an instant expert on the latest great debate: Jordan versus Shohei Ohtani.

Shohei Ohtani did everything in his power to accept responsibility for winning the NLCS Most Valuable Player award, and teammate Kiké Hernández called him on it.

Ohtani was spotted wearing a custom jacket with an embroidered image of his dog, Decoy, while arriving for Los Angeles' series-opening clash with the Toronto Blue Jays. It wasn't the first time Ohtani gave a shoutout to Decoy with his clothing, as he wore a suit that featured pictures of his dog during the 2024 All-Star festivities.
