China's China Eastern Airlines is again offering special flights to celebrate the Chinese New Year until 7 February 2025, with non-stop services connecting Shanghai and Perth, Western Australia (WA).

In the US, Spirit Airlines has updated the dress code in its 'passenger contract' to say travellers can be denied boarding or removed from a flight because of clothing or 'offensive' tattoos.
