The Red Sox plan to activate third baseman Alex Bregman during this weekend’s Rays series, their final games before the 2025 MLB All-Star break.

Bregman had an incredible tenure in Houston, securing two World Series championships and serving as an essential piece of eight consecutive playoff appearances from 2017–24. In his postseason career, he has hit 19 home runs, driven in 54 runs and maintained a .238 batting average in 99 games.
