Two brothers are set to be sentenced on Friday after leading police on a chase in a stolen car, which ended in a crash that killed a 92-year-old man in Brighton.

State police believe he was traveling north on Route 187 when the vehicle veered into the shoulder, traveled down a slight embankment and crashed into a tree.

Police say the man was speeding when he tried to pass a box truck on Route 44 and hit the victims' vehicle head-on.
