Mark Wills, 60, is awaiting extradition to Bucks County after officials say he created hundreds of videos of child sexual abuse throughout the U.S. and Canada.

A Bucks County man has been arrested and charged with possessing, manufacturing, and disseminating child pornography, according to the district attorney. Mark Wills, 60, of Hulmeville, was arrested Thursday by U.

A West Virginia man will receive jail time for trying to purchase a child in Mexico, police say. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office Scott David Bixler, 43, of Morgantown, was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by a lifetime of supervision.

Police say Mark Wills would direct the victims to undress during video calls and perform sexual acts while he was recording.
