Charles Leclerc reveals who he is betting $1 on to win F1 title in ‘lot to lose’ assessment
Much of the talk going into the Mexican weekend has been on Verstappen’s title charge which has seen him reduce the gap to 40 points. Asked about his verdict, Leclerc said if he had to bet, he would still go with one of the McLaren drivers.
Charles Leclerc has maintained that while he's happy with Ferrari's performance in Austin, it's unlikely the team can repeat their Austin performance in Mexico.
“What I can say is what I’ve always said, and that’s very clear,” began Leclerc when asked about the speculation. “I’ve always loved Ferrari so much, and my only obsession at the moment is to win in red, whether it’s now or in the future, and I want to bring back Ferrari to the top.”
