Multiple decomposing bodies were discovered behind a hidden door in a Pueblo funeral home run by the county coroner during an annual inspection, state officials said.

Inspectors found about 20 bodies at a funeral home owned by a county coroner, who told them he may have given fake ashes to next of kin who sought cremations, authorities said.
