Google has confirmed that it will reduce the Pixel 10 line's battery life and charging speed over time to 'stabilize' battery performance.

Google Pixel 10 series introduces support for Qi2 wireless charging, but it’s the Pixelsnap range of magnetic charging accessories that set them apart from the MagSafe ecosystem for iPhones.

To make up for the low base storage, Google's newest Pixel phones can record 4K video using VP9 and AV1 codecs for significantly smaller file sizes. Flagship Android phones can record videos using the older H.264 or the modern and efficient H.265/HEVC codec.

Google has said next to nothing about the Pixel 10's GPU, and this isn't a good sign for mobile gamers out there.

Google is gearing up to launch a new slate of Pixel devices at its Made by Google event this week, led by the flagship Pixel 10 phone line, with updated watches and earbuds expected to arrive, too.

The Pixel 10 Pro series introduces a new “sensitive eyes” setting that doubles its display PWM rate to 480Hz. The option is limited to the Pro models, with partial support on the Pro Fold, and none on the base Pixel 10. This is Google’s first significant step toward helping flicker-sensitive users, but it could go further.
