Joshua Riibe was the last person seen with University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki before she went missing while in the Dominican Republic. His attorney said his passport has been confiscated by Dominican authorities and he is confined to a hotel.

The last person authorities believe may have seen Sudiksha Konanki, the 20-year-old University of Pittsburgh student who vanished while on a spring break trip in the Dominican Republic, was back on the beach — this time with investigators.

American student Sudiksha Konanki, was reportedly spotted with investigators and his attorney on beach in Punta Cana. Riibe, who was last seen with her at 4:15 am on 6 March, indicated towards sea, while the group of security officials prevented people from the area.
