Former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson's baby daddy has been arrested again just weeks after she made shocking abuse claims against him.

All lanes are blocked on part of Interstate 26 eastbound in Spartanburg County due to a crash. The crash is at Exit 17, which is the New Cut Road in Spartanburg. No word on injuries.
