The Wyoming Valley Conference girls basketball coaches recently picked their all-stars for the two divisions. Division 1 had co-MVPs in Hazleton Area teammates Kaitlyn Bindas and Alexis Reimold.

Ava Van Vonderen’s triple sent the game to overtime, and the Papermakers took advantage as they went on to nip the Pirates 48-47 on Saturday in a matchup of two of the state’s top teams.
