Jeffrey "Duke" Roufus, the world-renowned Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) coach and founder of Roufusport MMA Academy in Milwaukee, has died at age 55.
The biopic, based on the 2002 documentary “The Smashing Machine: The Life and Times of Extreme Fighter Mark Kerr,” follows the champion MMA fighter through four tumultuous years of his career (1997-2000), during which he battles addiction, heartbreak, and his overwhelming desire to succeed.
Haqparast, a prominent figure in the world of mixed martial arts, has fought 23 professional bouts under the UFC banner, recording 18 wins and 5 losses. His opponent, 25-year-old Quillan Salkilld, has competed in 10 professional matches, securing 9 wins and suffering only 1 defeat.
