Fans of “Stranger Things” will get the chance to step into Hawkins, Indiana, when Netflix and CicLAvia team up for Stranger Things 5: One Last Ride, a car-free open streets event along Melrose Avenue celebrating the show’s fifth and final season.
Volumes 1 and 2 of Stranger Things Season 5 will be viewable from home for Netflix subscribers. The same is true for the finale episode, but for fans who want the ultimate experience, it has been announced that the last installment will screen in over 350 select theaters nationwide beginning December 31, 2025, and running through January 1, 2026.
Netflix has shared the post of the series on Instagram and captioned, "Fans can experience the final episode of Stranger Things on Netflix and in select theaters in the US & Canada on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. More info to come!" The two-hour-long series will mark the first theatrical screening of the Duffer brothers-created sci-fi series.
