As of today, FModel builds will all be synced with the dev branch on GitHub, and so, as soon as a new commit is published, a window will appear allowing you to upgrade or roll back to any version you wish.

Each file type you can find in the game might be exportable by FModel via various options, and each may or may not be directly useable without some conversion after being extracted.
