Today I am introducing my initiative for City Council consideration at the January 21 meeting to Declare the City of Huntington Beach a “Non-Sanctuary City for Illegal Immigration for the Prevention of Crime.”

Pat Burns has been named the new Mayor of Huntington Beach, taking over the outgoing Mayor Gracey Van Der Mark's position. Burns was sworn into office during the December 3 City Council meeting.
