~English Muffin~ Just a simple English muffin for breakfast today. It is such a light and fluffy bread that taste so good eaten plain and goes well with anything. There are many ways to make English muffin but I wanted the shape to stay round and flat. After trying a few methods, I prefer using aluminium foil rings and baking them in the oven, though you can also fry them on the griddle. Whichever method you use, you will get delicious breads, I am sure no one will notice the shape or color like
