This one hits close to home. These photos were taken the day after New Year’s Eve last year (January 2024). It was at least one of the times in my life which I would say I hit rock bottom. I won’t go in to detail but I will say that progress isn’t linear most of the time. Hard to believe this was almost 2 years ago now but I’m glad to be able to look back and see progress. What you can’t see is the mental progress I’ve made but that’s honestly greater than the physical progress which you see. I
