OHANGWENA MOURNS … Thousands have gathered at the Eenhana Sport Field in the Ohangwena region for the memorial service of Namibia's late founding president, Sam Nujoma, on Friday. The celebration of Nujoma’s life has included revolutionary songs performed by veterans of the liberation struggle, while church choirs sang hymns in Nujoma’s honour. LYING IN STATE … People from all walks of life are at Parliament Gardens in Windhoek, passing by president Hage Geingob's body as he lies in state. Several choirs are taking turns to console mourners with hymns.
