Hydro One Networks Inc. – Orillia Distribution Warehouse 🏗️ We recently completed whole-building air tightness testing for Hydro One, for their newly constructed warehouse at 6 Nelle Carter Court, Orillia, Ontario (~11,700 m²). Working with EBC, the building achieved an impressive 0.58 L/s/m² @ 75 Pa (0.33 ACH @ 50 Pa) despite multiple overhead bay doors. This marks our first dedicated warehouse project, demonstrating that tight construction and thoughtful design can deliver outstanding envelop
