The California Highway Patrol revealed plans to deploy dozens of low-profile patrol vehicles this Thursday. The vehicles have minimal markings that distinguish them as a cop car. CHP branding will adorn the sides of some vehicles, but sirens are integrated on the inside of the cars. By June, CHP expects to have 100 low-profile patrol vehicles, which are specially outfitted Dodge Durangos painted in common stock colors, deployed strategically along the state's busiest roadways.
