🇫🇷 My first EVER gargoyle to pole slide and it was quite a gnarly one! I walked away from it earlier the same day, but new I had it. I went back in the evening, I had to overcome the fear. It’s physically easy but a big mind game. You can see how tentatively I lower myself.
