Supination = rotating the forearm & hand so the palm faces upward. ⁠ ⁠ This is important. ⁠ ⁠ Why?⁠ ⁠ Because we spend so much time with our arms in pronation (palm down). This is how we type, text, write, carry bags, clean surfaces, pet animals, and push down hand sanitizer. And unless we show the body how to move, stabilize, and sustain tension in the opposite direction, the body gets stuck in this pattern. It adapts to what we give it and if we keep telling it to only move one way, it will on
